Accountable to align Cost Category Governance and Strategy with all nominated B/R/F stakeholdersKey Responsibilities:Creates intelligence regarding Category related trends and technologies to design optimum sourcing footprintOrganizes, implements and drives process efficiency by leveraging standard work, service providers (internal/external) and scaling effectsDrives DFX continuously, understanding our internal business processes and functional strategiesCost Category Domain Expert driving Cost Category Management on CC Levels 2 or 3 (global)Planning, optimizing and control of the Cost Category Strategy Development Fit for PurposeDefine value drivers and spend parameters to enable most effective spend target setting/planning. Manages the relationship with the functional counterpart(s) in close alignment with the respective Business Partners.Expert in applying Indirect Procurement toolbox to plan, organize and manage Demand Fit For Purpose conventions, Value Creation modeling and Spend GovernanceDevelop and rollout Cost Category Strategies and Business CasesDefine, align and manage ramp-up of Cost Category Funnel measuresPlanning, organizing and setting-up of Cost Category ProjectsDisciplined in tracking own progress and executing of defined standard processesBuilding and maintaining up-to-date knowledge about companys objectives, processes, strategies & industry trendsProactively assessing issues and recommending solutions to ramp-up and accelerateManaging Cost Category Projects and FUNNEL measures and proactively initiate escalationActively convincing stakeholders and users to apply and implement the Indirect Procurement conceptsEstablishing intense collaboration across Business Partnering, Procurement Management and Spend Governance to ramp-up performance and to gain End-2-End insightsPromoting the systematic deployment of Indirect Procurement practices across B/R/FLogical, methodical and collaborative approach to define business Case/decision memos for problem solvingLeveraging internal and external Indirect Procurement network to create breakthrough ideas Cost Category Domain Expert driving Cost Category Management on CC Level 2 or 3 (global)Spend
