Looking for an impact oriented and techno-commercial professional who willbe responsible for the overall category This role requires a proactive person with an aim torevolutionize the healthcare ecosystem Looking for a candidate with an ability to succeed in afast-paced entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a high level of business acumen,mindset to get work done and create a high impact in the sector Responsibilities Managing the complete supply portfolio in the defined category by identifying andmaintaining excellent working relationships with suppliers & manufacturers Taking complete responsibility of the P&L for the owned category Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with customers in different phasesof customer cycles Proficient in acquiring and managing partnerships with different healthcare institutions Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams in sales and marketing, product,technical division for the overall growth of the specific category Should be able to work with third party vendors for end-to-end products in the specificcategory Work our best sourcing strategies aligned with customer requirements to grow the overallfinancial health of the category Solve for structural problems to speed up the growth of the category Should be able to make intuitive sense of business data in different aspects of supplychain Qualification & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Supply chain/consulting/B2B Commerce startups Techno commercial understanding of the healthcare supply chain is preferred Strong sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management skills Proactive person having high-impact mindset Consistent record of high performance Opportunity & Exposure of building GMV from scratch to $100Mn & beyond While this role requires a combination of strategy and execution, we expect candidates eager tohave an on ground experience, get their hands dirty and solve real world problems.
