:::: Responsible for Packaging Material for FMCG, Gourmet, Staples and F&V business. New Packaging development by NPIs. Vendor Development for existing and NPIs. KLD Management for existing and NPIs. Validate the KLDs, Creatives and artworks For all lines of business. Coordinate with vendors on prototypes, stress test and closing all activities related to packaging prototype before approving the project. Cost optimization strategies to reduce the overall cost of packaging. Lead initiatives related to packaging development and management. Key Skills Required: Prior experience in managing multiple categories for packaging. Proven track record in independently handling profile. Stakeholder management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the project forward. Customer Centricity: Puts the customer experience paramount to all other considerations Problem solving: Deal with complexity and unstandardized processes to come up with quick scalable solutions to problems Data orientation: Should be able to build an approach to solving problems through data first.
