General Job description:
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and support the category management of supply performance for specific categories of spend and risk to ensure optimal business outcomes for Konecranes Business.
Utilise supply knowledge of specific categories of spend to provide support, guidance and expert advice to stakeholders with a view to shaping demand requirements - to achieve organisational savings, manage risk and/or introduce improved performance & innovation. Support the development and management of a category sourcing programme that delivers savings and efficiencies to Indirect category. Develop and implement strategies to manage procurement risk, integrate organisational policies into procurement practice, and measure and analyse corporate spend and savings data in specific categories of spend. Manage strategic contract relationships with suppliers that promote development of individual suppliers and markets to ensure indirect category receives best value for money and continuous improvement over the life of contracts in specific categories of spend. As a member of the Procurement Business Group, you are collectively accountable for delivering our goals and objectives.
