As a Catalogue Management Executive at MrMed, you will be an integral part of our mission to provide a comprehensive range of high-quality medications through our online platform. You will be responsible for managing our catalogue of super-specialty medicines, ensuring accuracy, availability, and optimal presentation to our customers.Job Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain up-to-date product catalogue of medicines and surgicals.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and pharma distributors to acquire new products and negotiate competitive pricing and terms, and work with them to obtain accurate and timely product information.
• Develop, implement and adhere to cataloguing standards and guidelines.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure catalog accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee the cataloguing workflow from start to finish and resolve any cataloguing issues or discrepancies.
• Conduct market research and identify new product and pricing trends.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including generic names, dosages, indications, contraindications, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Inventory teams to ensure quality images for all product uploads.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to ensure catalogue alignment with business objectives.
• Stay updated on new medications, treatment protocols, and regulatory requirements related to super-specialty medicines, and incorporate relevant updates into the catalogue.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors\' Degree in any field (B Pharm/ D Pharm/ Pharm D/ M Pharm preferred).
• Atleast 1-3 years of experience in catalogue management/ category management or purchase with an e-commerce platform (experience with online pharmacy will be an added advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with pharma distributors and manufacturers.
• Proficiency in using catalogue management software and tools to organize, update, and analyze product data.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality assurance.
