job Description: Catalog Specialist - Revision
Catalog Menu Revisions:
The Revisions team, as the name suggests, undertakes the task of revising
restaurant menus ensuring the Catalogue is up to date and in sync with the
Restaurants menu. This team works on very stringent turn around times.
The team handles:
Data Entry Audit
Menu Update - Price, Items addition/deletion
Menu Audit
Image Tagging
OSP handling
Core Responsibilities :
Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given
SLA are met per quality standards
Ability to work overtime as required by business
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to
the manager or lead
Flexible with working shifts, Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities
including working outside of the "standard" work day
Prepare an overall strategy for content as per discussions with functional
teams.
Report audit results and communicate them to OSP Teams.
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all content on the web.
Approve or disapprove audit entries based on pre-defined guidelines and
explain logical reasoning behind the approve/reject decision.
Review authoritative sources to validate Catalogue data when needed
Provide feedback to streamline existing processes to help the team achieve
more consistent results with high quality
Content Team & QA team are cross-functional teams within the Catalogue
Function. The core responsibility of the teams is New Restaurant Launches.PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong business communication skills - ability to communicate with
internal/external stakeholders clearly and concisely
MS Excel proficiency - ability to mine voluminous data for specific detail
according to instructions provided.
