Verify Data Accuracy: Ensure the data received is accurate, complete, and complies with guidelines. This may involve running basic sanity checks and cross-verifying information against existing data directory to avoid duplicates.
Content QC:
Create Product Listings: Organize received information in the right format and ensure all relevant data points are filled before forwarding it for code creation.
Image Handling: Do a basic QC on catalog images shared by brands to ensure the links are accessible, organized by SKU, and contain all the relevant images as per guidelines.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Resolve Listing Errors: Identify and resolve issues that prevent products from being listed or appearing correctly on the platform. This may involve correcting data errors.
Handle Queries: Respond to queries from brand partners and internal teams regarding product listings and provide necessary support.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Generate Reports: Prepare and present daily report summary on status of item listing including number of requests received, initiated, processed, put on hold, incomplete, etc in order to give a complete view of progress to all stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Category team: Work closely with category team to ensure that all internal system details (not provided by brands, but required on listing) are filled accurately
Coordinate with Item Master & Image approval team: To ensure they have all details to process item listing requests. Address any rejections in close collaboration with relevant teams.
Process Improvement:
Identify Opportunities: Continuously seek opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the catalog onboarding process.
Implement Changes: Work with the Catalog Onboarding Manager and other relevant teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
