The Catalogue associate - will lead market research and manage product categories, focusing on material offerings, pricing, and innovative design solutions. This role requires a strategic and analytical individual with a strong design sensibility.

Key Responsibilities:

? Conduct market research to understand industry trends, materials, and pricing.

? Develop and execute catalogue design strategies.

? Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for materials and pricing information.

? Maintain strong vendor relationships throughout the process.

? Present creative design concepts and detailed proposals.

? Stay updated on the latest wedding decor trends and innovations.

? Support cross-functional teams and assist in maintaining the business catalogue.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, Event Design, or a related field preferred.

? Proven experience of 1-5 years as a Catalogue associate, Decor & Designs or similar role, preferably within the wedding/event industry.

? Strong analytical skills and design sensibility.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

? Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.

? Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
