Work from Office role based out of our client office located at Dr. MGR Road, Perungudi, Chennai Experience - 0 to 1 Years. Freshers are Welcome CTC - 3.5 Lacs Per Annum Key Skills - Excellent Spoken & Written English. Good Knowledge of Excel Catalog Analyst will be responsible for working on one or more critical programs or tasks for a product category. The tasks include (but not limited to) audit vendor submissions to meet Client\'s catalog standards, interacting or coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers, identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and performed. The individual is expected to perform these tasks by using fair judgment in understanding instructions provided by the process lead/manager. The role will have daily deliverables across productivity, quality and utilization as basic metrics. This role will work with various partners within the organization to enhance the business. Primary Responsibilities: Handle daily volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure that the given SLA are met per the quality standards Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating the trackers to reflect work done Demonstrate excellent time management skills If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead Interacting and collaborating with suppliers or merchants to accurately reflect the product information in the Client catalog Willingness to take initiatives and responsibilities Must be flexible to meet business requirements Role Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline Fresher or 1+ years of work experience in retail or e-commerce industry Proficient in MS Office tools Strong written and oral communication skills in English is critical for the role Strong business communication skills to communicate with internal or external stakeholders clearly and concisely Good logical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to understand a problem, perform root cause analysis and identify constraints to recommend a solution Ability to deal with ambiguity; use discretion and judgment to take decisions on critical business tasks based on available information Think beyond standard tasks to simplify or automate PPS: While we will go through all applications, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
