Location: Surya Hospital

Salary:

• For MBBS: ?90,000 - ?1,00,000 per month
• For BMS: ?50,000 - ?60,000 per month

Surya Hospital is seeking an experienced and dedicated Casualty Medical Officer to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle emergency situations with efficiency and compassion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical attention and treatment to patients in the casualty/emergency department.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions and injuries.
• Perform necessary procedures and interventions for emergency care.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in emergency response drills and stay updated on the latest medical practices and protocols.
• Ensure the casualty department is well-equipped and prepared for any medical emergencies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and interns.
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and provide them with the necessary information and reassurance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MBBS/BMS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
