Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive and flexible Casual Team Member to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to gain experience in the industry or has some background in real estate and wants to contribute to the daily operations of a dynamic office. As a casual team member, you'll support various aspects of the business, from client interactions and administrative tasks to helping with property listings and viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining files.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate team member. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients.
• Property Listings: Help prepare and maintain property listings on websites and social media platforms. Assist with photography and property description writing when needed.
• Open Homes & Inspections: Support in organizing and setting up open homes or property inspections, and provide assistance to agents during these events.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Update and maintain client databases, track property sales, and assist with generating reports for the team.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates, preparing flyers, and sending out newsletters or mailers to potential clients.
• Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations across the office, including coordinating schedules and assisting with paperwork for property transactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes is an advantage, but not required.
• Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, as required.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
