Key Responsibilities: Casting Incharge

Lead and manage a team of casting technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth performance and productivity.
Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the casting process to ensure the production of high-quality jewelry pieces.
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the casting process, employing problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to create a safe working environment for all casting team members.

Qualifications:

Any bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
Proven experience of 4+ year in a similar role within the jewelry industry, with a strong understanding of casting processes and techniques.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Commitment to safety, with knowledge of relevant regulations and protocols.
