Job Title: Cast House - Helper

Job Summary:
As a Cast House - Helper, your main responsibility is to operate and maintain furnaces used in industrial processes. You'll be in charge of loading materials into the furnace, adjusting controls to regulate temperature and speed, and monitoring the process to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating Cast House: Load materials into the furnace according to instructions and safety guidelines. Start and stop furnaces as needed.
• Temperature Control: Monitor and adjust temperature controls to ensure the furnace operates at the correct temperature for the materials being processed.
• Quality Assurance: Check the quality of materials being processed to ensure they meet specifications. Make adjustments to the process as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
• Maintenance and Cleaning: Perform routine maintenance tasks on the Cast House, such as cleaning and replacing parts. Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:

• 10th, 12th or ITI
• Previous experience working with industrial equipment preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials if required.

Working Conditions:

• The job involve exposure to high temperatures, noise, and dust.
• You need to wear protective gear such as gloves, goggles, and earplugs.
• Shift work may be required, including nights and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
