Job Summary: The Cashier handles transactions, ensures financial accuracy, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, processing payments, balancing the cash register, and maintaining a clean front-of-house area. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers, take orders, and answer menu questions.
- Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and restock supplies in the cashier and dining areas.
- Address and resolve customer complaints courteously.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
