Record & reconcile POS sales and Deposits
Manage vendor invoices and proper GL coding
Weekly
Bill pay; help operators manage approval and payment for outstanding invoices
Produce Hone reports to provide insight
Record & reconcile payroll
Monthly
Pay sales taxes
Reconcile bank accounts
Produce monthly income statements and balance sheet
General Responsibilities
Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
Client engagement: Respond to information requests, review financial statements, and assist with audits
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Typical Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience managing the books for a restaurant group or multiple individual restaurants
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Quickbooks/POS/TALLY.
Good problem-solving and time management skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-directed / Strong sense of ownership
Working knowledge of GAAP
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Understands and values hospitality
Smart and motivated team player
Associate\xe2\x80\x99s or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or finance preferred
