The Cashier plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation. They are responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and ensuring the proper handling of funds.
A restaurant cashier's responsibilities:
• Customer service : Greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints
• Processing payments : Accepting cash, credit, and debit payments, and processing discounts and coupons
• Managing orders : Taking orders, putting takeout orders in containers, and overseeing order completion
• Providing receipts : Issuing receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
• Maintaining cleanliness : Keeping the register station and tables clean
• Closing the register : Cashing out the register at the end of the day
• Other duties : Assisting kitchen staff, booking reservations, and making recommendations
• Supervising cash float, cash revenue, credit card vouchers, and guest accounts

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cash handling, preferably in financial institution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
