Greet customers, including answering phone calls & directing customer inquiries to appropriate party. \xc2\xb7 Answer routine billing questions/issues from customers; take assistance of BOS and / or store manager whenever required. Inform customers about services & schemes available and assess customer needs. \xc2\xb7 Receive and process all payments according to standard procedure. \xc2\xb7 Scan products, operate scanning equipment, and fix scanning issues whenever required. \xc2\xb7 Process credit and debit cards for payments, help customers use processing equipment properly. \xc2\xb7 Count money back to customer in an accurate and concise manner. \xc2\xb7 Generate bills & payment receipts, ensuring due compliance, and hand them over to the customer. \xc2\xb7 Reconcile revenue at the end of the day ensuring revenue equals receipts. \xc2\xb7 Resolve escalated issues with angry customers; coordinate with store staff as & when required. \xc2\xb7 Examine products being purchased for damages and price accuracy, coordinate with retail staff for product inquiries and price checks. \xc2\xb7 Provide a helping hand to store staff in sales during rush / peak hours. \xc2\xb7 Complete processes and maintain applicable paperwork and records. \xc2\xb7 Reconcile revenue at the end of the day ensuring revenue equals receipts.
