Pintoo\xe2\x80\x99s mission is to enrich it\xe2\x80\x99s customer experience by providing excellent services and exclusive apparels for their kids and be the part of their happiness Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f To scan items to be purchased by customer at the counter \xe2\x97\x8f To collect payment from customers in cash/card as per their convenience \xe2\x97\x8f To process out bill/invoice with stamp to the customer and maintain the same \xe2\x97\x8f To input bill number, bill amount and payment related details into billing register/software and maintain that record \xe2\x97\x8f To issue stamped and signed credit notes to customers and asking them to carry it\xe2\x80\x99s physical copy at the time of redemption \xe2\x97\x8f To collect and maintain used credit note copies of customers \xe2\x97\x8f To sell out scrap/waste material to paper scrappers and collect payment \xe2\x97\x8f To carry out petty cash expenses such as parcel freight charges and marinating same in cash tally diary along with vouchers 1 \xe2\x97\x8f To collect credit notes, petty cash vouchers signed by book-keeper and submitting same to management every evening \xe2\x97\x8f To maintain cash and coins of different denominations at counter \xe2\x97\x8f To submit 500 and 2000 denomination notes to store manager for getting it deposited in bank \xe2\x97\x8f To tally and close cash balance every night \xe2\x97\x8f To settle POS machines for all transactions and update management in case of any discrepancies \xe2\x97\x8f To maintain printed settlement slips \xe2\x97\x8f To ensure all cash and credit transactions are been recorded at the end of day \xe2\x97\x8f To record customer orders for school uniform incase of size not being available at the store \xe2\x97\x8f To pack customer orders after the receipt of goods and informing customer about the same through phone calls \xe2\x97\x8f To answer customer calls and handle customer queries at the front desk \xe2\x97\x8f To have basic knowledge about school uniform details, sizes and stock availability \xe2\x97\x8f To make purchase entries of goods received at the store along with bill verification \xe2\x97\x8f To print barcodes and handover to the sales staff \xe2\x97\x8f To make stock inwards and outwards for branch transfer \xe2\x97\x8f To make stock related and requirement related excel sheets as an when necessary 2 Requirements / Eligibility criteria Only male candidates Education Completed graduation in any field Experience Fresher OR minimum 1 year of experience Skills \xe2\x9c\x94 Good with counting, numbers and basic math \xe2\x9c\x94 Good with computer operating skills with moderate proficiency in MS-Excel \xe2\x9c\x94 Should be organized \xe2\x9c\x94 Ability to multi task \xe2\x9c\x94 Ability to manage cash and payments \xe2\x9c\x94 Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati \xe2\x9c\x94 Eagerness to learn 3 Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb922,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• 5month: 1 year (Preferred)
• 2year: 1 year (Preferred)
