Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct Regular Field Visits Personally visit customers to follow up on overdue payments, especially in high-value or chronic delinquency cases On-site Payment Collection Collect payments directly from customers during visits and ensure proper documentation of transactions Maintain consistent follow-ups through field visits to ensure timely payment and build strong relationships Record detailed notes after each visit, including customer feedback, payment commitments, and next steps Communicate findings from field visits to the finance or Marketing teams for further action if needed Submit daily or weekly reports highlighting field visit outcomes, collections made, and any escalations required Ensure professionalism, customer respect, and full compliance with company and legal guidelines during all field activities Customer Follow-ups Document Visit Outcomes Achieve Collection Targets Resolve Disputes On-site Coordinate with Internal Teams Reporting Adhere to Company Policies and Ethics

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
