The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash, processing payments, maintaining financial records, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their orders.
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.
- Ensure the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to restaurant policy.
- Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and restaurant policies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Provide information about menu items and promotions.
- Knowledge in Petpooja software or other restaurant Software.
- Knowledge in filing monthly GST reports.
- \xe2\x81\xa0experience to prepare MIS reports in excel using formulas.
- Expertise in cloud tally ERP9. Knowledge in cost centre and cost category.
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Day shift
