• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries related to billing and service costs.
• Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
• Issue receipts, change, and invoices for services rendered.
• Process refunds or adjustments as needed, adhering to company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and cash flow.
• Prepare and balance cash registers at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Generate daily financial reports for management review.
• Assist with maintaining stock levels of essential items (e.g., oils, filters) and provide billing for spare parts as necessary.
• Coordinate with the service team for accurate billing based on services performed and parts used.
• Address any billing issues or complaints professionally.
• Assist in educating customers about available services and promotional discounts.
• Follow all cash handling and safety procedures to ensure secure financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
