  • Identify problem areas in processes and resolve with management input for process improvements.
  • Use of AR/AP system to resolve all issues.
  • Responsible for journal processing, account reconciliation, month & year end accounting cycles.
  • To identify problems and resolve customer queries & complaints.
  • Take care of all vendor/supplier queries and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Provide information & support to team leader.
  • Assist the team leader in setting performance measurement procedures in the team.
  • Payment application with accuracy
  • Charging payments and refunds with accuracy and faster processing.
  • Timely and accurate application of customer payments
  • Perform Bank & GL account open items & its timely resolution.
  • Perform reduction of unidentified and unapplied cash
  • Monitoring of workflows and volumes
  • Responsible for maintenance of SOPs
  • Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership in resolving issue escalations timely and accurately.
  • Support audit requests on a timely basis; Good understanding of SOX and other compliance needs.
  • Participate in projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Support creation of operational metrics on a regular basis
  • Should have an eye for detail and ensure processes are operating at highest level of accuracy.
  • Deliver reports / ad-hoc activities as assigned by the management from time to time
About You,
  • Education: Any graduate
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Accounting with 0 to 1 years of experience in Accounting/Customer to Cash operations.
  • Experience Accounts Receivables in a multi-company, multi-currency environment required.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP (applicable AR systems)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & ability to take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
  • Exposure to change management
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills - Aptitude for process improvement, attention to detail, and going into the root cause of the problem
  • Must possess and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communications skills
