Job Title: Carpenter (0-4 Years Experience)
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our team, specializing in furniture and interior works. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting and assembling high-quality furniture, with experience ranging from entry-level to mid-level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials for custom furniture and interior fittings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Install cabinets, shelves, and various interior fixtures.
• Repair and refurbish existing furniture and wooden structures.
• Ensure quality checks and finishing standards are met.
• Collaborate with designers and other team members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain tools and work areas in a safe and organized manner.

Requirements:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in carpentry, furniture making, or related fields.
• Knowledge of woodworking tools, machinery, and materials.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and measurements accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of interior design elements is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in carpentry or woodworking (optional).
• Experience in modular furniture assembly and installation.
• Familiarity with modern interior trends and materials.
