Recruitment Manager:

We are looking for a recruiter with relevant experience to join our team and drive the hiring process. The individual will handle the recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to salary negotiation and onboarding. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talent.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Hiring consultants for Employer Branding, HR, Design, and Content

- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for various positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

- Identify and shortlist partners/ agencies that work in areas of a) Design, b) Photography and videography, c) PR, d) Digital media across the country, e) Content writing

- Lead our campus engagement and hiring effort in 2-3 select colleges across the country.

- Help with the selection hiring requirements of a few of our long-term organization development clients.

- Manage Carpediem\'s Internship Program.

- Develop and maintain relationships with headhunters & search firms.

- Utilise various sourcing strategies and tools to identify top talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization

- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including feedback on candidates and recommendations for hiring decisions.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system.

- Contribute to a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently to achieve recruitment goals

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
