Caretaker
Job Description
1 to 3 years of experience in caretaking or related field Prior experience in cooking and food preparation Basic knowledge of security measures and protocols Familiarity with home care practices and requirements Ability to handle tasks related to single-family homes Experience in providing inpatient care is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good organizational and time management skills Roles And Responsibilities Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the property Perform general maintenance tasks, including repairing and painting Manage security and safety measures, including access control and surveillance Assist with guest needs and requests, providing exceptional customer service Supervise and coordinate external contractors and service providers Monitor and address any maintenance issues promptly Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment Prepare meals and handle cooking responsibilities as needed Provide support and care for residents or guests, ensuring their well-being Assist with administrative tasks and record keeping Adhere to company policies and procedures
