Home Care Nurse/Caregiver-ERNAKULAM

Care Bridge Home is a professional home care and residential care organization providing both medical and non-medical services to seniors and individuals with various medical conditions. For more information, please visit our website at www.carebridgehome.co.in.

We are currently seeking experienced Home Care Nurses and Caregivers (both male and female) who are self-driven and possess the necessary expertise to join our team. This role involves providing home-based care services, available 24/7 and on a part-time basis. We offer services throughout Kerala and have ongoing vacancies for home care staff.

Home Care Assistant- Job Responsibilities

Provide support and assistance to seniors and individuals with various medical conditions.

• Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs.
• Adjust medical equipment as necessary, interpret and record measurements.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and promptly report any adverse reactions to medications.
• Assist with personal care tasks including showering, toileting, and feeding.
• Help with medication administration.
• Support clients in enhancing their independent living skills.
• Assist with hospital appointments, community events, outings, and leisure activities.
• Aid clients with tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow procedures and maintain up-to-date documentation and reporting.
• Uphold and adhere to the organization's policies and procedures.

Caregiver Qualifications:

• Nursing or other relevant medical qualification
• At least one year of experience as a caregiver

Employment requirements

• Selected candidates will be expected to work 24/7 shifts or part time shift with mandatory rest periods after completing the induction process.
• Willingness to travel and work in various cities across Kerala.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
