Job Description

• 2 visits are Mandatory in a week
• Responsible for imparting training in the BPO subject.
• Reports to the Centre Manager.
• Must have a sound understanding of the curriculum and completion of curriculum.
• Assist Centre Manager in various tasks.
• Completion of Assessments as per the time-lines.
• Completion of syllabus/Curriculum in the prescribed time period.
• Should be able to handle youth from the age group of 18 to 30.
• Data compilation and reporting to the Centre Manager.
• Maintaining attendance of the students.
• Helping students in the classroom activities.
• Responsible for Conduct all the Placement & Personality Development related activities in Classroom
• .Facilitating discussions on current topics and classroom display.
• Coordinate with the Placement Coordinator to facilitate students for placements.
• Support in Mobilization and placements of students (Field/Calling/Documentation).
• Work on case studies of students before and after placement.
• Maintaining proper decorum and discipline in the class.
• Maintaining the hygiene and safety of the BPO lab and classroom equipment of the centre.
• Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Manager/Senior officials.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Required)
