• Provide detailed information about course content, instructors, learning outcomes, and prerequisites to assist students in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with other admissions officers and staff to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, data science advancements, and machine learning applications to position our programs competitively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine sales strategies and promotional materials that resonate with the target audience.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.
