- Conduct telephonic career counseling sessions with students and professionals interested in IT careers.
- Assess individuals\' skills, interests, and career goals to provide tailored guidance and recommendations.
- Offer insights into various IT career paths, certifications, and skill development opportunities.
- Assist in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and emerging technologies to provide relevant advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop career-focused resources, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and track individuals\' progress towards their career goals.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure individuals\' success in achieving their career objectives.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in career counseling, preferably in the IT or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire confidence.
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, certifications, and job market dynamics.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or telephonic environment.
- Certification in career counseling or related field (preferred).
