CareerNaksha, is part of MSU's first start-up cohort incubated at Start-up Incubation Cell, MSU. We are looking for talented people who can join our team. As per the immediate requirement we would like to hire an intern from Psychology Department.

At CareerNaksha, we provide personalized data-driven career counselling to students, graduates and early professionals. Our network of highly established individuals share a common vision: careers can be accelerated when there is a desire and deep interest. Today students are looking out for career options where they can excel & compete to achieve goals.

Ideally, the candidate should have thorough understanding & knowledge in Counselling Psychology (Careers) and Educational Psychology. Master of Arts (MA) or PG Diploma student who is enthusiastic to join and work with our start-up. He/she will be part of the initial founding team. He/she should be able to hustle and bring out output from the daily assigned work. Time period will be of 3 months, requirement is immediate joining.

Roles & responsibilities will be:
1) Development of innovative psychometric instruments for various age groups, school segments, college segments & professional segments
2) Doing statistical analysis of the responses gathered for accurate interpretation of the instruments
3) Building a first in class 360 evaluation matrix with CareerNaksha for direct online users
4) Creating robust questionnaires for interviews, group discussions, behavioural analysis & various other psychological tests for students, graduates & professionals

5) Documenting basic & advance skills mapped to various professions & industries based on the personality of the student, graduate or professionalResponsibilities As a Counselor at CareerNaksha, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in their academic and technical journey. Your key roles and responsibilities include:Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, challenges, and aspirations. Provide guidance on course selection, career paths, and personal development.Technical Support: Assist students in navigating technical aspects of the educational platform. Address and resolve technical queries to ensure a smooth learning experience.Training Sessions: Conduct group counseling sessions to address common concerns and provide proactive guidance. Organize workshops to enhance students' skills and awareness of available resources.Query Resolution: Respond promptly to student inquiries through various communication channels. Effectively resolve issues, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for students.

Experience :
Experiencetotal work: 1 year (Preferred)Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to empathize and understand students' needs.
• Basic technical proficiency to assist with technical support.
