The role would include counselling the students, sales & marketing, creating marketing plans for new student acquisition, creating tie-ups with schools/colleges to do seminars to reach the target audience. It would also require scheduling of classes as per the batches running and will be responsible for the profit of the centre. Responsibilities and Duties - Academic Sales Counsellor
• Make cold calls to prospective clients. Handle all telephonic inquiries and Convince/Convert students over the phone/in-person to join the courses in Animation, Visual Effects (VFX), Multimedia & Gaming
• Call clients to ensure they received email communication and understand their requirements thoroughly and pursue them to walk-in to the Centre for Enrolments
• Counsel prospects on courses suitable for them according to their requirement
• Follow up on a regular basis with all the leads and report to the Centre Manager
• Convert the Opportunities into Enrolments
• Create and update records on the company's Lead Management System portal, ensuring accuracy and validity of information on a daily basis (will be assessed periodically)
• Administrative works - Monthly follow up for fee collection from students & maintaining accurate records of the same (to be reported to the Centre Manager)
• Maintaining Centre's Social Media Handles - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google business etc.
• Cold Calling (Data will be provided for Cold calling)
• The candidate has to meet dynamic monthly sales targets
• There will be a monthly sales (target) based attractive incentive policy along with the basic pay
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications - Academic Sales Counsellor
• Preferably a minimum of 1-3 years Counselling experience (in the field of education will be an added advantage)
• Excellent Verbal Communication skills in English, and Tamil. (and other regional languages would be an advantage)
• Basic Computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Google Sheets, E-Mail)
• Ability to listen, convince and satisfy the query of prospects
Benefits
• The Fixed Basic Pay or CTC will be in the range of 2.00 to 3.00 Lacs per annum (depending on the experience of the candidate)
• The Dynamic Pay will be based on Achievement of Monthly Sales Target provided by the Company
• The Monetary Incentives will be given on Monthly Booking Targets (Enrollment Values) and Monthly Collection Targets
