Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic graduate student to join our team as an Online MBA Course Counselor. This is a work-from-home, flexible position where you will engage with prospective students, providing them with information and guidance about our Online MBA program. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering questions, and helping students understand the benefits of enrolling in the course. The role is commission-based, with compensation based on successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Outreach: Initiate calls to prospective students who have shown interest in the Online MBA program.
• Consultation: Provide detailed information about the program's structure, curriculum, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Counseling & Support: Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospective students through the application process.
• Sales Conversion: Encourage and support prospects in completing their application, with a focus on driving successful enrollments.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and follow up regularly.
• Reporting: Track and report progress on leads and conversions to the management team.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate Student: Currently enrolled in a graduate program, preferably in business, management, or a related field.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
• Sales-Oriented: Comfortable with sales calls and motivated to achieve conversion targets.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
• Organized: Ability to manage leads, follow-up schedules, and track progress efficiently.
• Customer-Centric: Strong listening and problem-solving skills with a focus on meeting the needs of prospective students.

Job Types: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
