Job Description
: Career Counselor
Location: Samashti International School, Hyderabad
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Guide students in identifying their career interests and aptitudes through assessments and one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Provide information on various educational and career pathways, including higher education, vocational training, and skill development opportunities.
• Assist students in preparing for college admissions, scholarship applications, and interviews.
• Organize career-related workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance student awareness.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external organizations to support students' career goals.
• Maintain updated records of students' career plans and provide periodic progress reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Certification in Career Counseling is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in career counseling, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using career assessment tools and resources.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
