Job Description


  • Should maintain repo build with client to close the lead.
  • To do entry in CRM and maintain other records.
  • Organizing and participating actively on & off campus Events & functions.
  • Ensuring proper handling of all queries and walk-ins by effective counseling.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer services.
  • Update daily /weekly/monthly report and send it to Branch Sales Manager/Branch Head. Overall responsibility for the sales growth of the Branch.
  • Follow new changes and Methods for counseling and follow up to grow the business of the assigned Branch.
  • Calling for new lead generation and calling for follow ups after counseling. Supporting the sales team for Seminar and Workshop.
  • Train Tele caller how to take calls, identify quality leads and convenience targeted audiences to visit Branch.
  • Take a report from a Tele caller everyday and make sure no any missed activities in CRM.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience proven experience as counselor
  • Most preferable Academic counselor
  • Communication Skills
  • Convincing skill
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Face-Value
Additional Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate excellent problem-solving abilities Office management and effective time management skills Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service.
