Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students through the admission process for technical courses, explaining application requirements and deadlines.
Conduct individual counseling sessions to help students choose suitable technical programs and career paths.
Meet with parents to discuss their children\xe2\x80\x99s educational and career goals, addressing any questions or concerns.
Organize and conduct informational sessions and workshops about various technical courses offered.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in career counseling or admissions, preferably in a technical education setting.
Familiarity with current trends in technical education and job markets.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and institute staff.
