In this role, you\'ll meet pipeline contribution goals, follow up with leads, and advocate for our learning solutions. Responsibility: Consumer Behavior Expertise: Utilize a sound knowledge and understanding of consumer behavior, with a particular focus on the student demographic, to inform and guide business development strategies. Target Achievement: Demonstrate unwavering enthusiasm and a relentless work ethic to achieve and exceed business targets set by the organization. Pipeline Contribution: Consistently meet and surpass pipeline contribution goals to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Lead Management: Respond promptly and efficiently to assigned leads, ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up to maximize conversion rates. Advocacy for Practical Learning: Develop a compelling narrative and value proposition for practical learning solutions offered. Consultative Selling: Advise and counsel prospective student-parent pairs, offering tailored recommendations that position as the ideal solution for their educational needs. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, providing regular updates and reports to management. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, using this knowledge to enhance business development strategies. Qualifications
Educational Background:
Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. A master\'s degree in a relevant discipline may be advantageous. Experience:
Proven track record of at least 1 years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or EdTech industry. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and pipeline contribution goals. Freshers with good communications skills are also welcome. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Strong presentation skills for effectively advocating for practical learning solutions. Job Type: Freelance
