Job Title: Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate counselor to join our team. The counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling sessions to clients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized treatment plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in counseling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists or social workers.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and hindi both
• Proficiency in counseling techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family therapy, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations.
