Career Counselor
Location: Pune (Camp Area)
Experience: 1-2 Years
Salary: Up to ?4 LPA
Preference: Female Candidates Key Skills Required

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
• Pleasing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; Marathi is an added advantage.
• Highly organized, passionate, and self-motivated. Responsibilities
• Counseling and Admissions:
• Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions by effectively presenting the institute's benefits.
• Counsel students on educational opportunities, course selection, and program suitability.
• Evaluate student applications based on their qualifications and eligibility criteria.
• Communication and Guidance:
• Provide information and support to students through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Assist students during the admission process by addressing their queries.
• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and universities to address any issues. Reporting and Presentation:
• Prepare and present timely applicant reports.
• Conduct webinars, both online and offline.
• Participate in activities such as visiting institutes and organizing workshops.
• Promote career guidance seminars through student interaction.
• Establish and maintain relationships with top schools, colleges, and educational centers.
• Ensure complete documentation of students' admission processes.
• Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and tracking effectively.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
