• Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, school adjustment, truancy, study habits, and career planning.

• Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.

• Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.

• Confer with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators to resolve students\' behavioural, academic, and other problems.

• Provide crisis intervention to students.

• Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children\'s progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.

• Prepare students for placements.

RequirementsExcellent communication skillsKnow networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.Build a strong talent pipelineResponsible for achieving the sales and collection targets of assigned areas from existing customers within a given budget.Identification of new customers and penetrating the market.Build and maintain relationships with the institutions and key customer associates.Understand end customer requirements and provide inputs to the product development team.Provide market intelligence and information to the product development and core team for better up-gradation of the existing products.Maintain proper documentation and report to the head office.BenefitsSalary + Good Incentive Structure
