Location : KolkattaSalary: As per industry standardsEducation: BCA/MCA/BE/B.Tech(IT/CS)Relevant Experience :Min 2yearssCounsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, career planning.Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.Confer with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students\' behavioral, academic, and other problems.Provide crisis intervention to students.Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their children\'s progress, and to determine their priorities for their children and their resource needs.Prepare students for placements.RequirementsShould be well versed with Counseling and Convincing.Efficient in handling queries and should be able to handle them.Should be having excellent communication skillsThe job posting will be in Kolkata.Should be Graduate, any Stream is welcomeShould be aware of the Degree Program / Ed Tech Program Admission EcosystemShould have Overall Experience of at least 2 years in counseling / telecounselingShould be having Good Interpersonal SkillsShould be proficient with MS OfficeBenefits
