You'll

Do

:

Connect with potential students through provided leads (calls & follow-ups). Clearly explain course details, university options, and the step-by-step admission process. Address student queries and offer personalized guidance based on their goals. Convert inquiries into successful admissions through consistent support and trust-building. Maintain records of communication and regularly update lead status. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth coordination throughout the process.
Who We're Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 years in student counselling, telesales, or related roles. Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and Malayalam. Additional languages are a plus! Attitude: Energetic, persuasive, and student-focused with a passion for helping others. Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and follow-up systems. Availability: Immediate joiners who are ready to grow with us.
