About the Role:

Merida Tech Minds is seeking an experienced Counselor with expertise in concept sales within the training services industry. This dynamic role involves articulating the value of our top-notch training programs to both individual clients and corporate entities. We are looking for a persuasive communicator who is passionate about helping others achieve their professional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and manage lead generation through cold calls and digital marketing.
• Build and nurture relationships with current and prospective clients.
• Analyze client needs to recommend tailored training solutions.
• Deliver impactful presentations to promote our training services.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
• Accurately document client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in concept sales, ideally within the training industry.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques is a plus.
