We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Career Counselor Intern to join our team. As a Career Counselor Intern, you will assist in providing guidance and support to individuals seeking career development and job placement assistance. This internship offers valuable experience in counseling, career planning, and professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Career Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group career counseling sessions to assess clients' interests, skills, and career goals. Provide guidance on career exploration, resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Administer and interpret career assessment tools and tests to help clients gain self-awareness and make informed career decisions.
• Job Placement Assistance: Assist clients with job search strategies, including resume and cover letter review, job application support, and networking techniques.
• Workshops and Presentations: Assist in developing and delivering workshops and presentations on various career-related topics such as career exploration, job search skills, networking, and professional development.
• Maintaining Client Records: Document client interactions and progress in accordance with confidentiality and privacy policies. Maintain accurate records and data entry as required.
• Research and Resource Development: Stay informed about current trends and resources in career counseling and job market. Research and compile information on industries, occupations, and educational programs.
• Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with other counselors and staff to coordinate services and referrals. Establish and maintain relationships with employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.
