Job: Full time ,On site| 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM | Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to individuals.
• Assess clients' skills, interests, and goals to guide career decisions.
• Administer and interpret career assessments and tests.
• Develop personalized career plans and strategies.
• Assist with resume writing, job search, and interview preparation.
• Stay updated on job market trends and career development resources.
• Collaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on career-related topics.
• Maintain client records and documentation.
• Continuously evaluate and improve counseling techniques and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Career counseling: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English, Kannada and Hindi (Preferred)
