Job Description
:Position- Career CounselorLocation- HybridSalary: As per industry standardsRelevant Experience :Min 0.6 - 3years
- Counsel students regarding educational issues such as course and program selection, class scheduling, truancy, career planning.
- Counsel individuals to help them understand and overcome personal, social, or behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situations.
- Maintain accurate and complete student records as required by laws, district policies, and administrative regulations.
- Confer with parents or guardians, trainers, other counselors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioral, academic, and other problems.
- Prepare students for placements
- Should be well versed with Counseling and Convincing.
- Efficient in handling queries and should be able to handle them.
- Should be having excellent communication skills
- Should be aware of the Degree Program / Ed Tech Program Admission Ecosystem
- Should have Overall Experience of at least 2 years in counseling / telecounseling
- Fixed salary + Incentives
