Career Counselor

to guide students and professionals in making informed career decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of career paths, and the ability to provide personalized guidance based on individual interests and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group career counseling sessions. Assess students' and clients' skills, interests, and career goals through interviews and aptitude tests. Guide students in choosing suitable courses, colleges, and career paths. Provide information on job trends, educational programs, and skill development opportunities. Assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies. Organize career workshops, seminars, and informational sessions. Collaborate with educational institutions and industry professionals for networking opportunities. Stay updated with industry trends, job market demands, and educational advancements. Maintain detailed records of counseling sessions and student progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field. Prior experience in career counseling, academic advising, or HR is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of career assessment tools and job market trends. Ability to build trust and rapport with students and professionals. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
