Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
? Conduct career assessments and interpret results for students and professionals.
? Provide one-on-one career counselling sessions.
? Develop personalized career plans and guide clients in setting career goals.
? Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands.
? Organize and conduct career workshops and webinars.
? Collaborate with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
? Certified Career Counsellor preferred.
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
? Experience in career counselling or related fields.
? Ability to work independently and remotely.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Excellent in PPT/Excel/Proposal/Microsoft Office expertise.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From ?300.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
