Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and nurture inbound leads, follow up with potential students and parents, and contribute to building trust and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Management:
• Handle inbound leads from various sources (website, social media, walk-ins, etc.).
• Update and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Counseling and Follow-Up:
• Provide detailed information about our courses and offerings to prospective students and parents.
• Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses or programs.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure engagement and progress toward enrollment.
• Admissions Support:
• Assist in the enrollment process, including documentation and fee structure explanation.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to streamline the onboarding process.
• Feedback and Improvement:
• Gather feedback from leads to understand their concerns and expectations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Reporting:
• Generate and share weekly and monthly reports on lead flow, conversion rates, and challenges.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably education, business, or psychology).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Previous experience in counseling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
