Job Description
Job Types: Full-time, Freshers and Experienced- (1 or 2 years Maximum) both can apply.
Location- Bangalore-kalyan nagar
Job Summary: Utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to persuade customers to purchase companys services.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Contact potential customers to inform them about the service using scripts.
2. Answer questions about the services or the company.
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Enter and update customer information in the database.
5. Take and process the sales in an accurate manner.
6. Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation.
7. Go the extra mile to meet the sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Language: English & Kannada (mandatory) + Telugu/Tamil/Hindi (Optional anyone Language)
2. Age 20-35
3. Fresher (Any qualification)
4. Basic computer skills
5. Good communication skill
6. Cool tempered and able to handle rejection.
7. Ability to learn about the service and describe/ explain to prospectus.
