As a Career Counselor in Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and IT professionals toward the right educational programs. You will be responsible for conducting Zoom meetings, converting prospects into successful enrollments, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and IT professionals on various IT programs offered by Network Kings.
- Understand their educational backgrounds, career goals, and interests to provide personalized guidance.
- Explain the admission process, application procedures, deadlines, and requirements.
- Convert leads through outbound calls, WhatsApp, email, and references.
- Conduct Zoom meetings and counseling sessions with prospective students.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or IT training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and evaluate students\' needs and provide tailored advice.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
